Best Call of Duty Vanguard Beta Settings

Players already know plenty of information about the Vanguard beta, including all of the maps, games modes, and operators. Additionally, Sledgehammer Games has just released a full list of every weapon, killstreak, field upgrade, and perk in the Vanguard beta too.

However, to enjoy all of this content, you'll need to make sure you've got the right options selected. Here are all of the best settings that YouTuber Xclusive Ace recommends to use in the Vanguard Beta.

First up, Xclusive Ace says that almost all of the controller settings are up to personal preference. However, he recommends that players move the Thumbstick Deadzone down to 4 because it makes the game feel more responsive.

Graphics Settings

Next, the graphics settings are extremely important for any game. You'll want to have them set to:

  • Brightness – 50
  • Camera Movement – Least (50%)
  • World Motion Blur – Off
  • Weapon Motion Blur – Off
  • Depth of Field – Off
  • On-Demand Texture Streaming – On

Additionally, if you're on PC, you'll want to check the Call of Duty Vanguard Beta PC system requirements before you change any of the settings.

Audio Settings

  • Master Volume – 100
  • Music Volume – 50
  • Dialogue Volume – 70
  • Sound Effects Volume – 100

The rest of the settings like Hit Marker Sound Effects and Audio Mix are either preference or dependent on your gaming setup.

Last, but not least, changing your interface settings is also very important for your in-game experience. Xclusive Ace recommends using most of the default settings, but with a few changes:

  • Server Latency -Shown
  • Connection Meter – Shown
  • Packet Loss – Shown
  • Mini Map Shape – Square

These settings will allow you to see your server connection status easier. Plus, the square mini-map is a lot larger than the circle, giving you a competitive advantage.
